The first step to finding your ideal career opportunity begins with a Search Consultant gathering information that allows us to better understand exactly what you are looking for. The primary goal is to learn about your personal career goals and interests so that we can find the best possible career fit, where both tangible and intangible criteria are paired for a strong fit.
Finding the Ideal Fit
After consulting with you, our Search Consultants will review current or potential opportunities that coincide with your career goals. Once an opportunity is identified, you are presented to the client company.
Coordination of Details
The Search Consultant will submit your credentialing including resume, licensing, and reference-checks as required for consideration. Once there is interest on the part of the client, the search consultant will manage all aspects of the hiring process on your behalf including compensation, expectations, benefits, etc.
