Initial Consultation
The first step to finding your perfect career opportunity begins with a Search Consultant gathering information that allows us to better understand exactly what you are looking for. The primary goal is to learn about your personal career goals and interests so that we can find the best career fit for you.

Finding the Perfect Fit
After consulting with you, our Search Consultants will review current or potential opportunities that match your career goals. Once an opportunity is identified, you are presented to the client company.

Coordination of DetailsThe Search Consultant will submit all of the credentialing including resume, licensing, and reference-checks as required for consideration. Once there is interest on the part of the client, the search consultant will manage all aspects of the hiring process on your behalf including compensation,expectations, benefits, etc.
