In addition, we ask about the background and management style of the hiring manager. We also strive to gain a detailed understanding of the goals of the position and the impact on your organization.

Throughout the process of identifying, screening, and introducing candidates, we remain in contact with the client company. As interviews are conducted we debrief both the client and candidate, and advise as to how the match is progressing.
We manage realistic expectations throughout the entire interview process with both the client and candidate so that at offer time there are no surprises, only agreement as the match is made.
