This means, not only do we discuss the required education and background the position calls for but more importantly, we ask detailed questions about what type of person would thrive in the company environment. In addition, we ask about the background and management style of the hiring manager.
This client interview step is key to our ability to finding candidates that will not only thrive, but can build a long-term career at the client company.
Throughout the process of identifying, screening, and introducing candidates we remain in contact with the client company. As interviews are conducted we debrief both the client and candidate, and advise as to how the match is progressing.
When offer time arrives, clients who enjoy our partnership approach will be ensured that the offer made is one that will be accepted.
