At the initiation of the search assignment we arrange to spend focused time with clients to understand the corporate culture, identify the skills, qualifications and keys to the hire. These keys to the hire are tangible and non-tangible success indicators that help us zero-in on key individuals who have the potential to thrive in the client company. |

Using our experience in the industry and our comprehensive resource base of candidates, we create a search plan that includes sources, target companies, and potential candidates. |
| STEP 3: |
We carry out the search plan while keeping in close contact with the client about our progress. This includes various methods of identifying candidates, conducting in-depth screenings, and preparing candidate presentations. |
| STEP 4: |
During our screening process, we present the position description and client information to potential candidates then screen those candidates based on the success indicators given to us by the client. If a candidate passes the screen, we move to the candidate presentation. |
| STEP 5: |
We present the screened candidate to the client accompanied by their background materials. |
| STEP 6: |
Schedule client interviews with all candidates. |
| STEP 7: |
Conduct detailed reference checks. |
| STEP 8: |
Once the client has selected a candidate and wishes to move to the offer stage, we facilitate the compensation package discussion and any related issues such as relocation, special circumstances, etc. as needed. Once an offer has been negotiated and agreed upon by both parties, it is officially given and accepted. A Master Level Placement is made. |
